Context and challenges

Improve the teamwork between two strong executives that were challenged to address a turnaround case. There were many challenges to face: financial performance, cultural change, rules of engagements between the two co-charing executives. 

Approach used

Thierry designed an "ad hoc" approach leveraging many techniques from his "coaching toolbox". We had a set of one to one interviews where the unfiltered truth could be discussed in a very confidential setup. Subsequently, a series of sessions were organized where the two parties in conflict could openly discuss the matters that were causing the most significant frictions, always facilitated by Thierry. Thierry helped everyone understand the other perspective, helped neutralize the fears and emotions, and focused on addressing the issues that prevented a strong collaboration.
