Context and challenges

When I took on my role as Managing Director in July 2017, I felt the need to recreate cohesion within the company's management team.  

Approach used

A "High Performing Team" approach. Initially, each participant filled in an online questionnaire to define their DISC profiles in "adapted" and "natural" styles, enabling them to understand each other better, get to know their colleagues better and thus work better together. We then defined all the necessary tools and practices to ensure the efficient functioning of the Management Committee. Thierry's strategic vision, his ability to listen and his dynamic leadership were invaluable in helping us achieve our objectives.
