Context and challenges

At the time we worked with Thierry Stéphan we had promoted a number of new members to our leadership team. For our company we had started a large and comprehensive transformation program. It was necessary to bring our new leadership team together as one team, to create a common vision for the company and a purpose for the group. 

Approach used

Under Thierry’s guidance we conducted a number of workshops, one-on-one interviews, bilateral feedback sessions. Throughout six months we came together periodically to work on joint documents and to share insights.

Results achieved

Through discussions and consensus decisions we developed a joint vision for the company, a purpose for us as the top leadership group and a modus operandi for top management decision-making. We clearly made progress to align our leadership team and to set the rules for individual versus group decision-making.
