Context and challenges

Thierry Stéphan met a strong, successful team, that had proven their strong collaboration, high performance and team spirit by delivering outstanding results. Due to a change in leadership, we were curious to understand in which aspects we worked already as a winning team and should further leverage, and which aspects it would be worth considering a tweak, to make us an even stronger high performance team than before.

Approach used

Interactive workshops, alternating work in sub-groups and plenary sessions, content intensive discussions and out of the box enlightening exercises. The project required a high level of mastery from Thierry, since the team he had to guide consisted of 20+ highly skilled and top-performing professionals, spread over Europe and USA, all with strong experience & personalities.
