Context and challenges

Re-define, re-energise and re-align the executive leadership team and the entire company on the company’s vision, strategy, core values and ways of working (business services, 4000 employees).

Approach used

Thierry facilitated the entire journey to define and implement the new enterprise project, starting with the leadership team on the design principles, then engaging with management and employee representatives for the co-design of the appropriation and deployment phases.

Results achieved

First, Thierry was instrumental in getting the executive leadership team to grow and develop towards a high performing team. This created a robust foundation for the team to then successfully deliver, still with Thierry’s expert guidance and facilitation, the new company strategy, core values and ways of working. As important as the deliverables achieved was the journey itself, which Thierry helped us make very inclusive and collaborative, not only benefiting from the valuable insights and experience of the broader management and employee base, but also generating strong ownership and alignment in the process.
